Ages and levels of gymnastics taught:
I have been teaching all levels of the Junior Olympic program as set out by USA gymnastics association, levels 1 through 10 skills. I started the Crandon gymnastics club in 1990,then after moving to Pulaski I started the Pulaski Adult Community Education, PACE, program and  have personally taught it for 12 years and counting.

I started Tri-County Gymnastics after two years of steady growth within the PACE program, it allowed the kids that had developed their skills compete at meets, and within two years we had numerous medals in level 4, a State Champion and second place medalist.

My other qualifications are:
A Bachelors degree in Environmental science with a biology emphasis, a calculus minor. I have been a Healthcare Administrator for 15 years and the owner of four Curves  franchise stores, as well as starting and operating Tri-County Gymnastics.  I am a certified USA Gymnastics PRO Coach and certified in First Aid and CPR.

My hobbies are: cooking, gardening, hunting and five grandkids

What makes this career choice fun for me is:
Watching the kids as they grow up use the skills they learn with us and apply them to their lives. With the self confidence and discipline they achieve with our team of coaches, the athletes find that nothing is impossible, and the word “can’t” does not apply to self achievement.
