Weekend Birthday Host

A busy gymnastics and cheer facility is hiring weekend birthday party hosts. NO GYMNASTICS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

Birthday parties are booked on Saturdays and Sundays for 1.5 hours, 2 hours, or a slumber party for kids ages 3-14 years old. Birthday hosts are expected to arrive at the gym 45 minutes prior to the party to set up the gym (tables and chairs as well as an obstacle course in the gym). Once the party arrives, they welcome the guests and introduce them to the obstacle course, entertain the birthday guests with a few games, allow for open gym time, and then facilitate gift opening and the cutting of the birthday cake. Birthday parties are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00-7:00 pm, and Saturdays for slumber parties from 7:00 pm-8:00 am. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Follow guided birthday party outline including setting up the party area, an obstacle course, entertaining games, facilitating gift opening, and cleaning up after the party is gone.
  • Prepare and coordinate alternate activities in the event the birthday family wants a structured party with games and activities.
  • Ensure group of birthday party guests are safe and supervised.
  • Follow gym rules for safety.
  • Help prepare and lead a variety of activities that are age-appropriate.
  • Model good behavior for guests as it relates to sportsmanship, manners, and respectfulness.
  • Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner.

Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $9 – $12 per hour
Qualifications: Fun, energetic personality. Experience working with children. Ability to pass a background check. General mobility including, but not limited, to walking, kneeling, and standing. Proven ability to maintain a safe environment for others in adherence with provided protocol and standards. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and lead activities for large groups of children. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Gymnastics Team Coach

Busy gymnastics & cheerleading facility in Green Bay has permanent part-time positions for our gymnastics team coaches.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, outgoing individual who has a passion for gymnastics and is looking to make this team their own. This person will be responsible for the development and growth of our Junior Olympic team program. This is a great opportunity for an individual to make this program their own. The coach will be in charge of leading and instructing a class of gymnasts teaching them the basics of gymnastics and building upon their skill base with progression based teaching. Each coach is responsible for coaching set classes. All team coaches are also responsible for coaching the gymnastics meets on the weekend during the competitive season. Paid training will start upon hiring. Classes are normally from 4:00-8:30 pm, however your schedule can be flexible around your availability.
