Guaranteed – Fun!

  • Engages kids in physical activity in a safe environment
  • Utilizing gym equipment for strength-building and conditioning
  • Taught by our head coach/owner and assisted by trained coaches

Fitness for Life

(non-athletes 6-16 years)

  • Designed by USA Gymnastics (not gymnastics skills)
  • Program shows kids how to enjoy physical activity and explore new physical activities they may enjoy
  • Emphasis is on promoting a healthy lifestyle by engaging in fun physical activities and choosing good nutrition
  • Recommended 1-2 days per week
  • 1 hour class ($5 per class)
  • Available classes - Monday 4:30 – 5:30 pm (Winter/Spring 2008 Session)
  • Payment and day/time selection due at registration
