Winter/Spring Session (8 weeks: March 3 – April 21)

Guaranteed – Fun!
- Engages kids in physical activity in a safe environment
- Utilizing gym equipment for strength-building and conditioning
- Taught by our head coach/owner and assisted by trained coaches
Fitness for Life
(non-athletes 6-16 years)
- Designed by USA Gymnastics (not gymnastics skills)
- Program shows kids how to enjoy physical activity and explore new physical activities they may enjoy
- Emphasis is on promoting a healthy lifestyle by engaging in fun physical activities and choosing good nutrition
- Recommended 1-2 days per week
- 1 hour class ($5 per class)
- Available classes - Monday 4:30 – 5:30 pm (Winter/Spring 2008 Session)
- Payment and day/time selection due at registration
