Cheer & Stunt

Summer Cheer Schedule (starting May 17, 2010)

Cheer Boot Camp:  Don’t be lazy this summer, come get fit at Tri-County’s Cheer Boot Camp!  This class will focus on increasing your stamina and endurance while building the muscles cheerleaders need to build solid stunts and have higher jumps.  Bring your running shoes and be prepared to work hard!

Mondays:  7:00-8:00 p.m. — $5 per class

     

Cheer Tumbling:  Strictly focus on your tumbling skills needed to win at competitions!  Learn and prefect everything from round-offs to backhand springs to back tucks and everything in-between!

Tuesdays:  7:00-8:00 p.m. — $5 per class
